STUDY REPORT: QAFL (football) competition requires an excellent level of fitness which may require 14 klms of running over a timeframe of four quarters each lasting about 25 minutes.  The players are required to follow a hydration and nutrition program seven days a week to ensure energy output is primed for match day.

Players were weighed before and after the match: The trial was conducted to compare the hydration level in relation to weight maintained during a match, fatigue during the four quarters of the match and the feeling of stomach comfort in regards to intake of tap or other bottled fluid and consuming ChiH20 Green label.

Recent testing was conducted with the local AFL Team (18 year old grade) the ‘Toowoomba Crows’ which is an official member of AFL QLD.
